Kindness is more than deeds. It is an attitude, an
expression, a look, a touch. It is anything that lifts another person.

You can be kind by simply showing someone affection or by
giving them hope when all hope is lost .

But embracing someone with your heart and never letting

I have this theory that if one person can go out of their

I think I'll stretch my range a bit
And come down from my
shelf…
To see just what there could be
Outside my little self …

get so used to what's routine
And never try for more
I go my blissful way
in life
And ignore the unknown door…

But what if all that might be
good
Was waiting there for me?
A blessing waiting in disguise,

miracle for me?

What if all I had to do was
Have the faith to
knock
And cross the threshold to a place,
A place, that love
unlocks?

Oh how sad and what a waste
To think I could go by
The
blessings Life has to give..
Because I didn't try…

So I think I'll

So much of the time, I believe, we have much
more room for activity and doing in our lives, but in some way convince
ourselves we're just too busy. Too busy to talk with a friend, too busy to
Relax, too busy to try something that we've always wanted to do. The list goes
on and on. But the truth is that when we have a imbalance by not honoring what
is best for us as individuals, even the most sedentary lifestyle can seem
stressful.

It doesn't have to be that way though. New
season autumn . Maybe it is time for new beginnings, perhaps it is time to have
a renewed look at your dreams and aspirations. Determine what you wish to do,
and what elements may be missing in your life that would Give you the sense of
balance and fullness once enjoyed.

Imagine life as a game in which you are juggling
five balls in the air. You name them - work, family, health, friends, and spirit
- and you're keeping all of these in the air. You will soon understand that work
is a rubber ball. If you drop it, it will bounce back. But the other four balls
- family, health, friends, and spirit are made of glass. If you drop one of
these, they will be irrevocably scuffed, marked, nicked, damaged, or even
shattered. They will never be the same. You must understand that and strive for
balance in your life.
