C’est en 1999 que naît Loading Data.
D’emblée pris en main par le label Kokopelli Recordings, ils entament
leurs premiers concerts et découvrent leurs premières chroniques.
En Avril 2000 ils livrent leur premier e.p.
Ce 5 titres sera suivi d’un split cd avec Low Vibes en Mars 2001
distribué par Waterdragon Records.
Le groupe sort son album Frenchman, Nevada en Février 2002.
L’album est rapidement repéré par plusieurs labels dont United Musics Company qui leur propose une distribution européenne tandis que
deux labels américains se chargent de leur distribution outre-atlantique
(Underdogma Records et Hell Ride Music).
Entre 2002 et 2004, Loading Data va sur les routes aux USA,
durant ce séjour le groupe est contacté par 2 managers désireux de les signer, Jonh Tovar (Marilyn Manson, The Mavericks) et Bill Aucoin (Kiss, Billy Idol,
Nothing Rhymes With Orange).
Un problème de visa empêchera Loading Data de poursuivre l’aventure.
Loading Data c'est désormais Lo S. Data à la guitare et au chant,
Nakat à la basse
et Matthieu Vatimbella à la batterie.
En 2008, Loading Data livrera son second opus : Rodeo Ghettoblaster.
Le disque enregistré entre Miami et Paris, sort chez Oui Oui Records (Argentine), le label de Los Natas.
Autour d’influences telles que Kyuss, The Stooges ou encore Devo
au long de ces 8 années le groupe écumera bon nombre de salles
dans bon nombre de pays, seul ou accompagné de groupes tels que Hermano, Five-Horse Johnson, Los Natas, Brant Bjork, The Council, Stereo 360, Pussyfoot ou encore 2SDW pour n’en citer que quelques uns…

A few eps and line-ups later, the band released it's first album in 2002
through United Musics Company (Dead Kennedys, Fu Manchu, Desert Sessions)
that unfortunately closed 2 years later.
Lo eventually left France and recreated Loading Data in the USA
with Adam Keller on drums and Mike Shaw on bass.
The band was produced by Ryan Sanbrook.
Very quickly the trio is managed by John Tovar (Marilyn Manson, The Mavericks)
and guided by Bill Aucoin (kiss, Billy Idol) and they tour the U.S for over 2 years.
Eventually the band decides to hit Europe where they are now based.
The band is now Matt Vatimbella on drums,
and Nakat Ambrosio on bass.
Loading Data release their new full length album entitled "Rodeo Ghetto-Blaster", through the Argentinian label Oui-Oui Records (Los Natas) in 2008.
The album is only distributed in South America for the time being.
In a few months, the album will finally be in all good stores throughout Europe.
They've played with great bands such as 2SDW, Los Natas, Brant Bjork
& the Bros, Pussyfoot, The Council or yet Five Horse Johnson, Hermano...

Loading Data es un trio de rock con grooves fuertes. Con algunos EPs editados y muchos shows realizados, la banda edito su primer album en 2002, por United Musics Company (el mismo sello de Dead Kennedys, Fu Manchu y de las Desert Sessions de los Queen of the Stone Age) que infelizmente cerró desde hace 2 años.
El trio dejó Francia y recreó Loading Data en EEUU con Adam Keller en la bateria y Mike Shaw en el bajo. La banda fué producida por Ryan Sanbrook. Muy rapidamente fueron manejados por John Tovar (Marilyn Manson, The Mavericks) y conducidos por Bill Aucoin (Kiss, Billy Idol) y estuvieron de gira por EEUU durante dos años.
Es cuando la banda decide ir a Europa y radicarse hasta la actualidad. Loading Data esta ahora con Matt Vatimbella en la bateria y Nakat Ambrosio en el bajo.
En Noviemvre de 2010, editarón su nuevo álbum en Europa, llamado "Rodeo Ghetto-Blaster", através del sello Argentino Oui Oui Records. En 2009, la banda tiene "Rodeo Ghetto-Blaster" editado en Argentina, para promocionar su gira por el país junto a los también franceses Bukowski y otras bandas del país.
Loading Data y Bukowski vienen de tocar en una extensa gira por todo Europa y finalizando sus presentaciones en Argentina, parten hacia Canadá, Australia y Japón.
Ellos tocaron junto a grandes bandas como Los Natas, Brant Bjork and the Bros o Five Horse Johnson y Hermano.

Visitare questa mostra, il cui progetto espositivo è stato curato da Paolo De Robertis, uno dei miei più cari amici, è stata una vera sorpresa. Stupefacente vedere come giovanissimi studenti del liceo d’Azeglio nei primi decenni del novecento come Leone Ginzburg, Norberto Bobbio, Giorgio Agosti, Massimo Mila e Cesare Pavese avessero già piena consapevolezza di ciò che li circondava.
La coscienza del periodo storico che l’Italia stava attraversando, raggiunta attraverso gli studi e le guide straordinarie di professori come Umberto Cosmo e Franco Antonicelli garantiva loro un’indipendenza intellettuale tale da saper scegliere con la propria testa nonostante la giovane età e la confusione politica dei tempi.
Una mostra mai noiosa, semplice e ricca, che consiglio a tutti i miei amici e in generale a chiunque voglia fare un tuffo nell’Italia ai tempi del fascismo guardando volti, immagini e avvenimenti attraverso gli occhi di un gruppo di ragazzi che in anni difficili e pericolosi diventarono le migliori teste pensanti del nostro paese.
