October 2006, we were not only celebrating the birth of Ben’s first born babyboy but also the start of a new musical adventure that will hopefully lead to… world domination (although I probably should add that we will adjust our goals along the way to more realistic ones).
I was quite happy when Ben called me checking if I was interested in starting something from scratch. Hey, in our previous band this rhythmsection had been a perfect fit for
over six years. Finding an excellent guitarplayer was the first thing on our to do list, immediately followed by the search for a voice to complete the pack. The first position was very quickly filled. We had encountered Babak about a year ago and had seen and heard his skills on the fretboard, which we already liked at the time. Some new jams confirmed our thoughts, this mellow easy-going person knew (and knows) what good playing is all about.
We instantly started writing songs. Defining our musical direction was not preceeded by many talks or discussions. This band is all about freedom and liberty to write stuff we like to play and listen to ourselves. No trends, no big masterplan, just the three of us evolving towards great songwriters and hopefully, at one point, there will be a huge crowd cheering while we are playing good songs, tight as hell on any stage out there!

hi! finally we have found our new singer! it was an inspiring experience to search this singer mainly here at myspace... over 200 singer answered us and wanted the job! we have to thank all of them because of their engagement and enthusiasm about dreamscape! we will release the new album in september through silverwolf productions and we hope that you will like it! and one thing i can promise you: you will love the new voice of dreamscape!
