Modern straight-in-your-face uncompromising Metal : LOKURAH is back on the scene with THE TIME TO DO BETTER their second album (due May 2012, M&O Music, Europe, USA et Japan distribution). Thanks to a production scaling up to an international level once again provided by the CONKRETE STUDIO (GOROD, MINUSHUMAN…), LOKURAH is striking a major blow with a more mature, more varied yet ever massive and heavy LP. They have been influenced by both American and European bands, from HATEBREED’s Hardcore Metal to AT THE GATES 90s Death Metal. Following noticed featuring on (1D)Rockables 1 and 2, and Overcome Records compilation albums, a song from the new album was included in the sampler CD of French ROCK HARD Magazine’s October 2011 issue. Further to the release of the WHEN THE END COMES LP in 2008 (licenced in Europe by Pervade Productions), LOKURAH confirmed their excellent reputation as live performers, headlining or co-headlining with THE ARRS, TREPONEM PAL, BENIGHTED, LOFOFORA, ARKANGEL, L'ESPRIT DU CLAN… Counting over 40 gigs and through their renewed line-up (with the integration of drummer Aurélien OUZOULIAS : Satan Jokers, Mörbgl Trio…, ex-Zuul-Fx), LOKURAH is stepping up to join the best bands of their kind.
