Long Day Fear were formed late 2008 after a chance meeting between,Richie,Steve,Mark and Wilf.....Realising that they all had one aim which was to rock the living fuck out of everywhere they played,they started to write new crowd pleasing,energetic material not dissimilar to stone temple pilots,down,and pantera,using these influences Long Day Fear have cracked on in the studio after recently releasing the sin city queen E.P and are ready for releasing brand new debut album 'modern day candy'. the album which is full of raw,bittersweet,honest,gritty tracks to rock the fuckin life outta ya,is soon to gigged up and down the country and with the possibility of taking the show abroad,long Day Fears future looks very bright indeed!!
Long Day Fear has big ambitions for the forthcoming year and even bigger ones for 2010 we will be doing our utmost to get ourselves up and down the country to rock the hell out of your town and put the midlands very much on the map!!.

MAJOR UPDATE: Long Day Fear have unfortunatley parted ways with their american management due to moving in different directions,and needing a more hands on everyday approach to the bands needs from the u.k,we thank michelle Riley for all her hard work and wish her well in the future,

Long Day Fear have now signed to 'Union Black Records'and large thanks has to go to Dan Griffiths and all his team for their utmost support with everything,the label will be putting out debut single 'weathered' under their banner and will be donating all their proceeds to the 'Help for Heroes Fund','Combat Stress Awareness division',With the Help and support and guidance of their team we hope 2010 onwards will be very very exciting for all LDF fans......Hell Yeah!!!
