we're starting to compile another collection of songs from local artists of which some will appear on the Chaotic Underworld 2006 Noise Recordings. we would like to extend our selves further this year and ask the experimental musicians in the region consisting of NE Tennessee, SW Virginia, and Western North Carolina be heard.
we are looking for songs and/or sound collages that are lo-fi or home made. this can range from metal, country, noise, drone, folk, rock... whatever, just as long as its could be viewed as experimental in some kind of light. of course we understand that this is vague and ambiguous in terms and art is subjective in nature. but since we are takin the time to put this together we will be the final authority on what we think is best in regard to the compilation.
.WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU.
1. all artist and tracks must have names. if your song really is called "untitled" that's fine, please specify.
2. no more than 3 tracks for us to choose from. you can give us more but have at least 3 narrowed down.
3. no more than 5min.
4. if longer than 5min then must pre edited.
5. provide a return address with a phone .. or email
