Started his career as drum&bass DJ in 1998 at university of architecture in Bratislava, where he founded the DJ crew TRADEMARK with his 2 friends. He started to perform at local parties and soon became a part of the drum&bass scene in Slovakia. The same year he started to produce his own tracks. Quickly L PLUS got a well known DJ in Slovakia and Czech republic, played on different Festivals, clubs and radio-shows around Europe.
2002 he won the JIM BEAM DJ contest and became an owner of new pair of Technics turntables. The same year L PLUS released his first promo vinyl and celebrated his release party in S. Petersburg. The next years got big for L PLUS, when many UK top producers and DJs start playing his tunes and his name became more and more known in the international drum and bass circus. That’s why he is taking his production work more serious and spends more time in his studio in Bratislava’s centre.
The year 2007 was really breaking for Mr PLUS. He has several tunes out on labels like: URBAN TAKEOVER, XPOSURE, CYMBALISM, INTRINSIC, PHUNKFICTION, SIDECHAIN, FIRST GENERATION and ROBOTIX. Mickey Finn placed his track H2O on the new forthcoming album URBANISM, which will also be released as limited edition on picturediscs. Next one was his collaboration with Russian top producer Paul B and MC Coppa on a track called DANJAZ which is now played worldwide. In spring of 2007 he signed an exclusive contract with Nu Urban Music Company, as they invited him as one of the first artist they want to work with.
At the end of 2007 he signed MIDDLE EAST SUN for Futurebound's VIPER, and couple of weeks ago the almighty ANDY C choose this tune for his latest mix NIGHTLIFE4 released on RAM records. L PLUS became a part of the VIPER crew and signed more tunes for VIPER for future releases.
His live mixes are full of energy, power, heavy basslines and rolling beats, but it's still full of atmosphere. It's partly neurofunk and a bit of jumpy basslines as his production goes with this way. You can find there many different styles of drum&bass, new promos from different top producers as well as older evergreens and of course some booties as well. And if you saw his dance creations behind the decks (even with his 196cm), no one will take a break during his show :)

Un disco que contiene 17 tracks mezclados, muy dinámico y alegre lleno de sonidos reggae jungle, con lo cual no solo muestra su faceta como productor sino también su talento como dj. De los 17 tracks 11 son de su propia producción con colaboración de algunos productores como Bandulu Dub y Mike tm , reconocidos mc..s como Demolition Man y Mega Zimze y remixes a canciones de otros productores como Son de Yara y Macky Gee, los otros 6 temas son de reconocidos productores de la escena que apoyan a Maya en este proyecto entre ellos cave mencionar a Marcus Visionary, Benny Page, Mooncat, Dj Bubb y Krak in Dub. La finalidad de este disco es acercar el drum and bass y el jungle a la gente de Latinoamérica en un formato más accesible y de fácil reproducción, como lo es el CD, esto es un esfuerzo por desmitificar la idea errónea que el drum and bass aun es un género experimental y underground solo accesible a poco público.
