Notre groupe, qui se situe Bruxelles n'a qu'un but: faire partager sa musique.
Composé de musiciens passionnés, Lucy a son propre univers, il est difficile de lui définir un genre précis, il est plus facile de dire à quels genres il n'appartient pas. Nous n'avons pas de limite concernant notre musique, ou du moins, nous n'aimons pas nous en donner.
A proprement parler, Lucy est composé de 5 musiciens:
Gregoire, le leader, à la guitare et au chant, avec un timbre assez grave.
Ombline, également au chant vient ajouter sa voix féminine.
Jonathan, au violon apporte une touche "acoustique" au groupe.
Quentin, à la basse, souvent "slapée" apporte une certaine puissance et
François à la batterie vient renforcer la musique de ses percutions.
"Chaque instrument à sa place" voilà ce qui nous guide.
"Lucy", c'est en référence au fossile retrouvé que l'on a longtemps considéré comme appartenant à nos ancêtres. Il n'en est rien, Lucy a été définitivement écarté de notre arbre généalogique. Notre cousine Lucy est très vieille, mais ce n'est pas pour autant que notre musique est primitive ;-)
