Many Birthdays simply ooze super-cool with simple, driving beats that creep into your mind with seemingly little effort. More from Soundcheck Magazine
Maybe I’m projecting a bit too heavily upon Many Birthdays, but the bright pop-smack across the face that is Emptiness Is Forever will not only get us to stay strong in these perilous times - it’ll help us dance our way through them. More here at Austin Sound
Well, this second chance afforded me the opportunity of experiencing a very unique and very catchy sound that is Many Birthdays’ combination of post-punk and electronic pop. More from Delusions of Adequacy

Hello, Winter records is launching a new theme-based compilation (vol 3) and invites you to a musical composition. The best tracks will be selected in order to be part of the new cd.
So, for our third compilation we want you to use the 5 musical notes of "Close encounters of the third kind" (composed by john williams). These are : RE MI DO DO (octave lower) and SOL
Those notes can be the main theme of the track or not. We must here it once at least. You can whisper it, sing it, play it with any instrument you want. You can decline it.
The deadline is mid-july.
We can't wait to listen to your propositions and choose the most interesting ones.
Hugs from france,
Winter records.
ps : send us your wave or mp3 at winterrecords@gmail.com
Had I known good grades would result in exclusive pancakes, I would've tried harder.
I played drums in Jr Hi marching band. We played "Eye Of The Tiger", "Wake Me Up Before You Go Go" and the theme to Entertainment Tonight while marching down the streets of Wickenburg, AZ in scratchy polyester uniforms. Since I was the tall fat kid, they made me wear the tri-toms.
I could totally imagine a Jr Hi marching band playing "Kiki The Destroyer".
Hello! I enjoyed the New York city. At the golden week May 2009. They are only five days. However, it was very substantial days. Manhattan was more interesting than imagination. NYC is very excited. I took a lot of trip photographs. With an interesting shot, I made an FLASH movie in that. You can look from the following site. Please check it. It links also from the upper picture.
