Influences
other bands. the people in our lives. the harsh realities of nature. the pleasant realities of nature. things that are inhabiting natures. the weather. spirits and libations. imagineering.
some bands we enjoy and have had the good fortune to play with, in reverse alphabetical order:
the SSRIs, Portugal. the man, monkey, madcowboys, Günther, Ford Pier, dd/mm/yyyy, Cobras Cobras Cobras, this City Defects, the Barcelona Chair, Aunts and Uncles, The Armadilettantes
the band is Julian, Scott and Calum. we are alive in Vancouver and hope to keep it mostly that way. we've spent the last year playing a whole bunch of shows with some great bands here and east of here and are heading east again in the spring of 2010.
we're also working on a collection of new songs to be released just prior to the east heading that I mentioned earlier.

"[Tails] is a total success insofar as it looks good, sounds good, is well packaged, well recorded and really shows the diversity of the band" - The Aural Kinetic
"For a self-released first release, this is a strong showing from the creative rockers. Their high-energy sound, creative musicality and entertaining lyrics blend well; the recipe for one heck of a live show. For a healthy dose of cerebral indie-rock, keep an eye out for Man Your Horse." - Adam Mannegren - Discorder (November 2009)
