Marble Sheeps were founded in 1987 by Ken Matsutani, who's the ringleader of Captain Trip Records. First the band started its musical activity under the name of "Marble Sheep & the Run-down Sun's Children". The good old Marble Sheep passed through many styles of psychedelic jam like Minimal Music, Heavy Rock and Grateful Dead Sound, and left them as their musical compositions. After several years of rest, we were born again as "Marble Sheep". As shorter the band name became, we transformed straighter and stronger, and our sound developed into Space Punk Rock. The sound of two drums and bass, which forms the bottom of our heavy booming roar, the two guitar players who spread Psychedelic Seeds all over the world, and Marby-a sheep girl-who reigns as"Queen of Psychedelic Paradise". We always keep about the possessions of "Chaos & Paradise", despeite moving from one century to the next. It's just like "Yin & Yang"-the oriental concept of black and white - which govern the universe. The name of Marble Sheep highly esteemed overseas as fixture of japanese rock scene since early times. But we started our real overseas activity since 2002. In contrast with the long history of the band, Marble Sheep are described as "Merry Pranksters of the 21st Century". It caused by the merry and energetic live performance which can flip out even full-grown-ups and can take every listeners to the Space World easily.

Recorded and mixed in Crab Studios, in Madrid, produced by José López and Still Nasty, and later mastered in Hollywood's own Precision Mastering Studios, by Ron Boustead, in Los Angeles (USA).
