About me: In the early 80s I discover bands like Yello or Depeche Mode - for me the roots of electronic music.
After that I heared some Italo Disco , Electro Stuff and the early House Sound from Bands like Beatmasters or Bomb the Bass , music from the labels Rhythm King , Cooltempo or FFRR.
From the begin in 1990 I discover the Techno and House Sound , some early stuff from R & S , Overdrive Records or Harthouse.
After a short Trance periode (at this days called "Sound of Frankfurt" with labels like MFS or Eye-Q) I pushed back all limits and discover everything that sounds cool and new. I dont think in catogories.
I was only a music lover - I went to the clubs (f.e. Dorian Gray , Omen , Easy or Parlazo) to have fun and go to many recordstores to spend all my money for new Vinyl and CDs.
In 2005 I get the program "Tractor" for my PC. The reason was that I have many many good MP3 on my HD and I dont want to burn an ordinary CD compilation. So I discover the PC mixing.
In 2006 I discover all this beautifull free Netlabels where you can get fantastic music for free - I cant belive the high quality of this music.
So now I make two different ways - first I buy Vinyl and recorded it on my HD for mixing it later and second I hear all this great music from the free Internetlabels.
Im only a hobby and bedroom DJ - I dont play in clubs and at partys. Im happy to mix music for me and my friends
