Three years after playing his first solo show at the SXSW Festival in Austin Texas, Mark has now completed his debut solo album. Produced by Mark and Bill Racine. "These Beautiful Ghosts" was released on new-model US indie label United For Opportunity (www.ufomusic.com) on October 11th with releases now in the Benelux territories on Anorak Supersport records and in Japan on Philter records. Other releases around the world are set to follow during 2006.Mark has also collaborated with the French band "Rinocerose"on three tracks(Skin,My Demons,Pleasure and Pain) on their new album "Schizophonia"out now.A track "Cubicles" from this album can now be heard on the new worldwide Ipod nano add(1000 songs in your pocket) currently running on your TV.Mark is now working on more new solo material and has also recently collaborated in Paris on a new project "2 Square" which is a solo project from a member of the band "Telepop Music".Marks latest and current writing and vocal collaboration is another electronica project with the outfit "Silversurfer".See this space for release details later in the year.
