Masterpiece is a heavy/thrash metal band from the south of Brazil that began the activities in 1998. Influenced by the great names of metal from the eighties and early nineties the band brings a mixing of heavy and speedy riffs, melodic guitar solos and also strong chorus that get prestigious by the fierce performance played as in shows as on the records. The lyrics of the songs are about conflicts in general, they may be political, social, religious and also psychological.
Masterpiece released in 2008 an EP called W.A.F.E. (Water, Air, Fire, Earth), produced by Deny Bonfante (Perpetual Dreams) e Régisson Silva. With two new tracks and a new version of Mr. Disgrace, which was firstly produced in the band’s home studio in 2007, the album has already received excellent reviews and has been playing in various radios worldwide.

Masterpiece é uma banda de heavy/thrash metal de Blumenau-SC que iniciou suas atividades em 1998. Influenciado por grandes nomes do heavy metal dos anos oitenta e início dos anos noventa a banda traz uma união de riffs rápidos e pesados, solos melodiosos e refrões marcantes que conquista prestígio por onde passa por sua ferocidade no desempenho tanto ao vivo quanto em estúdio. A temática das letras das músicas aborda conflitos em geral, sejam eles políticos, sociais, religiosos ou psicológicos.
