Since its conception in late 2005, mathpanda has played millions of shows on both the left and right sides of United States America, The North Pole, and the Moon. Sharing the stage with such acts as Percee P, Tonedeff, Biz Markie, Kid Koala, Son of Nun, X:144 & SPS, Blak Lungz & Joe Beats, and a multiplicity of other wildly talented artists, the ursophillic group has tickled the ears, minds, and soft underbellies of almost everyone cool. With three maniacal MCs, a smooth sultry female vocalist and a vibrant network of DJ's and producers, mathpanda's music ranges from shrapnel-marred conscious and carniverous hiphoppings to more ethereal, downtempo tracks showcasing production and vocal stylings.
In the summer of 2007, mathpanda embarked on its first transcontinental odyssey along with famed DC hip hop nomads Rosetta Stoned and Flex Mathews. Following the boundless success of The Green Giants Tour, the mathpanda retreated to the hills to chew bamboo and ponder the deeper implications of math, music, and masonry all the while forming plans for the release of its first musical artifact: "Pandamensional." The collaborative work features production by The Metaphysical, Evancipation, Mind-U-Mental, The UnderGrads, The Inimitable Robot San, and a choir of angels.
Pandamensional is available throughout the world. Having only recently awakened from hibernation, the pandaband is hungry for affection. Keep a weather eye out for mathpanda shows, carnivals, circuses, and sexy soirées rolling thru your locales in the nearest of futures.
