Matt Commerce is a Virginia-born singer/songwriter who recorded his debut EP "Closer Than You Realize" in 2008. His style blends acoustic folk/blues music with a tropical twist. His mellow voice and uplifting songs seem to go best with a cold beer and a backyard barbeque.

if your lookin for places to play up in san luis obispo up north from SD try cal poly or downtown brew. we have concerts every thursday in the our university union at poly and we get a lot of similar type of music
