JASON CARR, born and raised in Detroit, now lives in Philadelphia, where he's been a resident DJ and laptop performer throughout the city (Broketronica, Inciting Productions, Rizumu Technologia). His influences include Motown, techno, hip hop, classical, jazz and improvisational performance. For his master's degree at Temple University in music theory and composition, he explored elements of the reactive relationship between audience and performer.
