I almost had a heart attack this morning. And it's a damn good thing i don't have a girlfriend too. I got home late last night and I decided to watch Candyman and The Exorcist before falling asleep with the TV left on from watching the latter. When I got home, I noticed that my roommate wasn't home, which was a perfect setting watching a scary movie all alone. But yeah, about 3am, I noticed that the TV and my Xbox 360 was shut off; mind you, I went 70 something hours without sleep beforehand...shutting the television off was the least of my worries and I was completely obliterated after succumbing to the ZzZz's. In my wake of candy wrappers scattered on my bed, I thought to myself, "What the fuck? I don't remember turning the television off before sleeping...could it be my grandpa's ghost holding my back/electricity bill down? But when I turned to my side, my elbow hit something hard and cold, yet in the flesh, and it immediately let out the kind of groan that a zombie would make in its hunt for human brains. The way I shot out of my bed was priceless; i cried out "what the fuck is that shit" before grabbing my baseball bat in the closet and turning the lights on. "Turn the lights out and GET THE FUCK OUTTA MY ROOM!"...said the body that was sleeping beside me, which was none other than my roommate Jay, whose drunken slumber ended in MY room. Right after I told her that it was MY room that she stumbled upon, she fell right back asleep. Haha yeah, we have this den upstairs in my house...and out of all the places she can end her inebriated adventure, the swing in the backyard, the sofa in the upstairs den, not to mention her own room in the master's bedroom...she instead slept in my bed with me. It was kinda awkward waking up in the morning to the sight of us both in our underwear. Explaining to Jay how i found her drunken corpse right next to me and almost beating her to death with my bat is priceless...
