But most of all I think it's easy to say that I'm compared to Dashboard because of my love for mushy deep love songs, and an apparent occasional similarity in appearance which I'm randomly often told."

Anthony Melillo began playing guitar at ten years old, and has been writing songs ever since. From the age of 13, he has had an uncanny ability to use intricate lyrics to draw in his listeners. He is a word-smith, who inspires creativity, leaving room for them to co-author each work. Musicians and producers alike are left amazed at the depth and perception that comes from this young mind.
He is a unique personality being well-rounded, yet passionate about his music and songwriting. An avid actor, singer and dancer, the energy he gives every project is nothing short of electric. Because of this, his fan base spans all ages and is anxiously awaiting the release of his debut album, as well as his next theatrical show. He loves working at the mall or at his favorite Tapas restaurant in town but, on his down time, he enjoys watching professional sports, hanging with his brothers or playing a challenging game of Texas Hold 'Em with his buddies.
His goal this coming year is to get his music out to the public. He is looking forward to seeing you out there and meeting those of you he hasn't met yet at his upcoming appearances and shows. He is also looking forward to finishing up his senior year in high school and moving on to his college career where he plans to pursue music composition, songwriting and vocal studies at Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA.
When asked about his short-range plans after his debut album release, he answered, "I'm going to keep writing songs and putting them up right here so you guys can tell me what you think! Thanks for visiting my myspace!"
