Who are the Melodic Drifters?******Allenmichael Simon (vocals & guitar) Allenmichael has roots in New Orleans, LA, and has been in Austin since 1986. He has spent his entire life writing original songs and has been singing in local cover bands for 20 years . Allenmichael is glad to finally have the opportunity to share his songs with you. ******Darren Lovio (lead guitar) Darren has roots in Eldora, IA. Darren came to Austin in 1996 after attending 1 yr at the Musicians Institute in Hollywood, CA. He also has two years formal classical & flamenco guitar training. Darren has 20 years experience playing rock,blues,funk and country music.
