I was born in London and quickly whisked away to Seattle, WA where I spent most of my life traversing through the rain. After many years of busking on the sidewalk with my flute and no big breaks, I joined the Total Experience Gospel Choir when I was 13. I was usually put in the back due to my hopeless “soul clapping,” general awkwardness, and inability to perform the electric slide when we sang “Don’t Wait Till The Battle is Over.” Nonetheless it was where I found my true love for soul. A couple years later I performed on “Showtime at the Apollo” in New York, and somehow managed not to get booed off stage as I performed Aretha Franklin. I currently live in Boston where I am lucky enough to be in my final year at Berklee College of Music where I have been able to work with some truly kick-ass musicians. Thanks for stopping by my page, drop me a message anytime.
