Metacomet features shimmering vocals, daring bass guitar work, and ultra-tight drumming. But this innovative Connecticut trio doesn’t stop there. Siblings Jill O’Brien (vocals), Joe O’Brien (bass, vocals), and drummer Mike Keyes focus on creating great songs. The band draws the audience into their show with unforgettable original material, along with edgy takes on classics by The Who, Talking Heads, Blondie, Johnny Cash and many others. Their surprising musical arrangements, powerful originals, showmanship, and laid-back sense of humor keep fans coming back. Metacomet released their debut album, "OVER WILD," in October 2006.
