The purpose of Metamorph is to make good music more available. Metamorph works to bring underground or lesser known artists more recognition for their efforts by releasing their material with the artist's, and thus the listeners, in mind.
Metamorph operates under a few guiding principles:
-Quality of music comes before commercial potential
-People shouldn't have to pay more for music just because it's from a less popular genre
-Music is not just a product
-Acts should be about music, not image etc
-The censorship of music is wrong on all levels
