| General | I love screenwriting. I've just finished my 4th screenplay. It's semi-autobiographical and it's pretty great. My goal is to make the screenplay into a movie.
I also love playing with my two boys. They're incredible and I'm so blessed that they are healthy.test | | Music | I like about everything, except for Polka. I can last about 30 seconds with Polka, that I have to leave...quickly. | | Movies | I love action films and dramas that when you leave the theatre, you're still thinking about it the next day. That's the sign of a good film.

FYI - This is the REAL Michael Bailey Smith & this is my official myspace page.
I've been an actor for over 15 years and have been very fortunate to have done over 40 films and about 80 TV shows. My latest film was "The Hills have Eyes" where I played Pluto, that big crazed mutant with the axe.
I've experienced a lot of different things and have had a ton of adventures; everything from living in the Middle East, to being a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division, to playing college football and even making it to training camp with the Dallas Cowboys. After a career ending injury, I got into bodybuilding and completed several times. That's when I stumbled into acting and landed my first role as Super Freddy on "A Nightmare on Elm Street 5 - The Dream Child." Since then, I've been acting ever since.
Currently, I am working a several projects, but most importantly I Just signed on to play the lead mutant 'Hades' in 'The Hills Have Eyes 2'. Keep yer' eyes peeled for updates at my official web-site www.michaelbaileysmith.com and chat with me at my official forum over at www.gutsandgory.com.

Who I'd like to meet:
I love meeting my fans. Either when I'm working on a movie or TV show, or if I make an appearance somewhere, it's incredible to see the smile on people's faces when I meet them.
I also love working with actors that I've watched as a kid. I've worked with people such as Charlton Heston, Warren Beatty, Diane Keaton, Dana Carvey, Ted Levine and many more. It's so cool to work with them and have just plain conversations with them like they’re just some normal person. Sometimes I have to make sure I'm not dreaming.
