Micro Titanic is the experimental electronic workstation of musician Teis Albers. By combining a diverse set of beats, synths, filters & samples he’s exploring the boundaries of electronic music. Despite his strong love for the sound of retro synths and drumcomputers he works fully digital from his studio in the south of the Netherlands.
The first digital release in May 2009 was a 15 track mp3 sampler called “Universal Everything”. The follow-up EP, released in July 2009, was a 5 track called “Interplanetary Hunters”. The music caught the attention of Mangoest Records, an electronic music label from Belgium, and signed Micro Titanic to release new music. The first release was the 4 track ep called “the Future EP”, released in November 2009. For 2010 there’s a full length record in the works. You can already listen to some demos on this page...
