Back in the early 90s when the techno wave was just starting to grow, Mike Nero began his DJ career in various clubs. With his impressive sets he was able to hold his own and establish himself among the likes of other DJs such as Jaspa Jones (Blank & Jones) & Jens Lissat.
This was followed by guest roles as resident DJ in clubs such as Tunnel, Poison Club and Königsburg as well as at all major rave parties: Love Parade, Union Rave, Tranceformation, G-Move (Hamburg), Nautica (Kiel),Turbinenhalle, Rave Garden (Switzerland), Watergate (Austria), Time Tunnel, etc..
In early 1992 he released his debut single Parazide Makin.. Love on the Frankfurt-based trance label "Suck me Plasma". Makin.. Love advanced quickly to a club hit and was played by most top DJs.
In the course of time, Mike Nero, as DJ and producer, has developed into one of the established greats of the German club scene. His discography includes over 200 releases.
He made remixes for artists such as Taucher, Jaspa Jones (Blank & Jones), DJ Klubbingman, Yosh, Double Vision (his remix also appeared on the LP) and Armin.
Established artists such as Pulsedriver, Gary D, DJ Dean, Hiver & Hammer, Y.O.M.C, Aquaplex, Ramon Zenker, Jaspa Jones, Miss Thunderpussy, Exit - EE, Mass in Orbit and Merlyn couldn..t resist the opportunity to remix his tracks.
His tracks have been licensed for more than 4000 compilations!
