In all the tens of thousands of bands in the world, what makes one band stand out from the rest? In this day and age of oversaturation and clone of clone of clone bands, all to many bands seeth of onelongsong or are just a wall of noise.

Initial plan: A Lead Bass musical group, 180% from the norm..... Audition over 100 musicians to find players of extreme musical ability to create a supercharged Detroit rock band.

Using a different set of rules, inversion based guitar is intertwined with a LEAD BASS FORMAT, creating the signature sound that is MINDROUGHT. Descending bass contrasts ascending guitar in a frenzy of sick riffage. Time changes, tempo changes, movements, hook choruses and backwards riffs are sure to be found in a Mindrought song.

PHELAN YOUNG... Leader of the PHELAN NATION! Wildest and most technically proficient classically trained bassist the band has ever had lead them. Phelan decimates the stage with many basses and brings the CHAPMAN stick into a metal band, breaking all the rules!
