"Acclaimed soundscapers Minima provide a superlative ambient soundtrack... Recommended." (Time Out, London)
"Minima provide a terrific new soundtrack." (Resonance FM)
“The enchanting group Minima’s new soundtrack has an intense, yet delicate atmosphere.” (Electric Palace Theatre, Hastings)
Minima’s music is an audacious 21st-Century interpretation of the images of silent and avant-garde film. Formed in 2006, Minima perform in cinemas and art centres, as well as music festivals and unexpected venues such as churches and railway arches. The soundtracks evolve organically, each musician adding depth and detail with each performance.

Thanks for the add... I love your music it is truly beautiful and very evocative... the "seashell" film scares me senseless in a way I can't explain but I find it strangely compulsive at the same time..! Keep up the good work K8 x
Hey friends, Pour boucler la boucle ... This message to answer to the one I've send a year ago saying it would be great to play together ..now it's done. Now I would say it would be supercool to play together .. again ! (when will be the next message ?)

Hello Minima, thanks for adding us, we were transported during your show at Shunt on February 14...sheer joy, fantastic music, pure bliss of watching and hearing such an osmosis...if you ever need performers, we'll be glad to run around in black and white, open doors and simulate madness. Regards, (H)Appy Logies.
Your show at the Union Chapel the other night was brilliant. I loved that military drum piece near the end, in fact I woke up singing it in my head on Sunday morning! xV
Once again, really enjoyed the screening a few weeks back, sorry for not getting in contact earlier; but been all over the place with my new job. Will be meeting up with Chris this coming weekend, and will talk about doing a short interview for the Bristol Silents website if you are up for it....?
