    I am a huge fan of coasttocoast and I just heard the song "coast to coast you make me smile". I didn't really like it as much as your other songs I just heard. You have a really great beat that grows on you. I think you just about hit everything that coasttocoast does - so in that respect you did good. Besides it brought me to your myspace!!

    To say that the three musicians behind the sound of “Minnutes” keep a low profile would be a huge understatement. So few interviews have been granted that we can only grasp at pieces of the truth that have gotten out. Here is what we can say for sure: Riley York, Champersand, and Doctor Broccoli met at the Davos based World Economic Forum conference in the late nineties, each of them there as special guests of the conference for their expertise in the fields of economics, quantum physics, and politics. Each of the three had become independently wealthy through their particular innovations in these fields, and all three of them had a penchant for wearing white labcoats and safety glasses in public. We know there is a large underground laboratory with three large wings – one devoted to the research and experiments of each member. But nobody has been able to guess where this lab is located. In the center of the lab the three globetrotting billionaire geniuses take breaks and compose music, and the purpose of that music: To make people feel really, really happy. Though it is unclear how long this has been going on, the first time the music produced in these sessions was made public was with the release of “Pretty Baby”, the debut album by Minnutes. This peek into the world of three pioneering minds of scientific and social progress gives us the sound of pure bliss, the voice of Riley York whispering giddily over bouncing ukulele lines, hand claps, toy pianos and cascading bells. There are thumping beats and crisp acoustic guitars, and a lush cloud of sweet vocal harmonies that make you feel as though you are floating across a field of poppies on an autumn afternoon. So while it is good that this crack team of eccentric visionaries brings progress to the world with technological breakthroughs and geopolitical innovations, it is also quite lucky for us that they sometimes need to take a break and make music.
