Misconduct was founded in the little Swedish town Kristinehamn and through the years they've developed their own unique blend of melodic hardcore punk. The band has toured all over Scandinavia, Europe and North America together with bands like Anti-Flag, Sick Of It All, AFI, Hatebreed, Ignite, Death By Stereo and have managed to built a very strong fan-base all around the globe. In 2004 they released their album "United As One" and spent the entire year on road. The band's 2005 release, ”United As One”, propelled them to a whole new level and the videos for the songs ”Side By Side” and ”No Boundaries” even broke on MTV and ZTV. In 2006 the band even received the award for ”Best Swedish Live Act”. Misconduct just finished their upcoming album ”One Step Closer" which will be released on April 12th 2010. The video for the first single ”Closer” will be premiered in February of this year. This long awaited album contains 12 brand new songs that won’t leave anyone untouched and are simply a must-have for fans of melodic hardcore punk!
