I am a 27 year old Sydney-sider who has a passion for science, sport and travelling - but I particularly enjoy science communication.
University saw me qualified in Chemistry, Science Communication and Operations Research, whilst now adays I volunteer on the Diffusion Science Radio Show in Sydney on 2SER and across Australia on the Community Radio Network. I also appear as "Mr Science" on the podcast across the globe and on China Radio International across China.

You don't have to be boring to be into science - and you don't need to be wacky and zany either. We look at science in a social context, and always try to be entertaining and relevant.
I am interested in all sorts of science topics, from popular science to the more weighty topics of science in the developing world and how to express scientific topics to people of all ages and cultures. I have travelled Australia with the Shell Questacon Science Circus communicating science to regional and indigenous groups. In my spare time, when I have the time and money, I love to travel and see how science is practiced and communicated in various parts of the world. In my paid hours, I am now working at Cambridge as a magazine editor.
