With several CD's, hundreds of gigs and impressive alterna-success under their belt, Mark Richards and Buck Moore, head Hoods, with drummer Neil Saunders and former Tulpa alumni Mike Severin ..boards,it can get pretty crazy.
They have shared the stage with many high profile groups including Nazareth, The Kings, DOA, Fleshtones, Teenage Head, Headstones, Rebels, Michelle Shocked and many more.
This band has an impressive track record and plenty of experience you can see when these Hoods perform. Tagged as The Cars on Acid, with solid guitar-driven songs, high energy stage prescence and a passion for Trouble,theses guys never fail to please.
In a time where urban hip-hop and bubble-punk dominate the airwaves, the "Throbbin Hoods" reminds us that good, sweaty, guitar rock 'n roll that's fun and dangerous is very much alive. The Hoods are currently recording their Third C.D, at Muzicare Productions, keep an ear out for release.
