I Montefiori Cocktail sono una coppia di gemelli che da quasi 15 anni producono e "servono" la loro musica, sia che si tratti di brani composti da loro stessi che di cover di classici della musica da ballo, da intrattenimento leggero, o da ascolto (dicesi anglosassonicamente: Easy Listening, Lounge, Jazzy...)
Questo loro modo di intendere la musica "lounge" si presenta nei loro spettacoli dal vivo sia in forma di duo (con il supporto del computer che riproduce la sezione ritmica), sia in quartetto (la "4 orchestra").
Nella veste di duo, il suono è ovviamente è ovviamente e volutamente più elettronico, ma sempre "caldo" ed energetico, perchè l'apporto della tecnologia viene usato per creare una scenografia musicale che stimola la fantasia ed induce alle danze...
Con la "4 Orchestra" invece, pur avendo nel proprio repertorio praticamente gli stessi brani, si propone un concerto di musica "tutta dal vivo", senza il supporto di nessuna tecnologia, se non quella delle "mani" dei musicisti e dei loro strumenti... alla vecchia.
