Moore Marriott -- formed by the song writing & production partnership of Ian Bamford & Adam Speakman, the current 4 piece line-up also features Aileen Williams-cello & John Hulme- trumpet. The band have recently joined the roster of Cityscape Records and are currently working away on a new album. The bands first release on Cityscape will be the e.p. Argos on a wet Saturday morning. I'm bored waiting in the queue when over the stereo comes Last Mistake by Moore Marriott. It freaks me out a bit and I suddenly realise the shop assistant has been asking if she can help at least twice.
I hand her my slip Me Erm....who puts the music on in this store SA we don't choose it, it's the same music played all over the country. Me but this is my friends band, I know these SA You know this band? ME - Yea I do, that's wierd SA yeah, it's a good song, it's on all the time!
