   Chris Morrissey's Blurbs
About me:
I am a musician. I currently live in Brooklyn, New York but I'm from Minnesota and proud of it. I am 28 years old. I play bass, sing and write music. The people I have played with and play with are Ben Kweller, Mason Jennings, Haley Bonar, Bill-Mike Band, Andrew Bird, Tarlton, Wishbook, Gorilla Warfare, The Spirit of Chanhassen Dinner Theater, Priss, Pierre Guimarrd, Chris Koza, The Pines, Matt Jennings and Nathan Elliot. I have my first record of my own music coming out called "The Morning World" on Sunnyside Records. I like music, and I like funny things. I like ethnic foods such as Thai, Indian, Ethiopian, and Japanese. I like 12 year aged Jameson irish whiskey with a Harp chaser. I like Otokoyama Saki with an Asahi chaser. I like a good bourbon with one ice cube. My one true addiction is coffee. Kopplins(st. paul) is king, but Southside(brooklyn) comes close. I love to eat sushi. I also have a weak spot for bison meat but the best burger I've ever had is the "Paul Molitor" burger at The Nook (next door to Kopplins). I love to tour and play music in different places. This country is very beautiful. My favorite cities are Minneapolis/St. Paul, New York, San Fransisco, Seattle, Toronto, Austin TX, Asheville NC, Duluth MN, Portland OR (and ME), Melbourne (Aus), Hobart (Tas), Tucson, and the skinny part of Idaho. Anyhow, hopefully some of this stuff will make you want to be my friend. I edited my profile with Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4
Who I'd like to meet:
(Alive)Bjork, Paul Simon, George Bush, Ralph Nader, Mary Louise Parker (walked next to her once but that doesn't count), the new pope, Bill Murray, JK Rowling, Oliver Stone, Sacha Baron Cohen, Kerri Miller (mpr) Desmond Tutu/(dead)Martin Luther King jr, Ghandi, Jesus, John F Kennedy....um, lots more but who cares
