Mowgli are a 5 piece band from Merseyside (Wirral & Liverpool).This line up has been together since 0ctober 04 and rehearse at "Pacific rehearsal rooms" in Liverpool.
They have played tons of gigs in liverpool in venues such as the carling academy, the barfly,.the zanzibar, the magnet, and venues in wrexham and brixton london.supported bands Architecture in helsinki, stiff little fingers, goldblade, kid carpet, story one amongst others.mowgli also featured on the chronium records album "Up North 2", which saw them get a great media response and label interest.

The event will feature the winning songwriter and two runner-ups of USC'07 performing their winning material. There will also be stands around the venue featuring Musician's Union, Roland UK, UK Songwriting Festival and more.
