Moxine got together last year to play music, and now, this is the band: a japanese girl with energetic guitar playing and sensual voice + a boy on the drums with his rock swing + a girl on the bass with motown swing. They released an EP – "ELECTRIC KISS" this year with four tunes + a videoclip in Brazil's MTV. In their show, people dance, sing and get into their vibe! In one of the grayest city of the tropics, they get their inspiration to make music and will be releasing an LP in 2010!

Após ganhar reconhecimento como instrumentista, Mônica Agena, lidera agora seu projeto Moxine, onde além de continuar tocando guitarra, compõe e assume os vocais esbanjando sensualidade e personalidade.
Em dezembro de 2008, lançam o clipe do single "I wanna talk about you". Agora, Moxine divulga seu primeiro EP, "Electric Kiss", uma compilação de rock dançante + canções. Recentemente, a banda foi selecionada pelo festival Cena Musical Independente - II Mostra Paulista de Bandas, concurso promovido pela Secretária de Cultura do Estado de São Paulo. O concurso paulista selecionou 10 bandas, entre cerca de 500 inscrições.

Well, it’s getting closer and closer! The sooner the better we say because if it doesn’t stop snowing in Scotland soon we probably won’t be able to find a shovel big enough to dig ourselves out!
Anyway, we just wanted to pass through and give you some dates and times of where we’ll be playing when we’re in Austin. There’s quite a few shows here so you’ve got no excuses, haha! We’re a rock & roll band from Dundee in Scotland and we thought we’d drop you a line because as of March we’ll all be in the same proverbial boat: traversing the various venues on 6th Street and more than likely staring at some bats under the bridge! We’re coming out there to do as much as possible and meet as many like-minded people as we can so, whenever you’ve got any spare time maybe it would be good to grab some ribs and/or a beer or two?
