Deon Duke here, I sent you a book of poetry a few years ago and you sent me a positive review. Then you subscribed to my blog. I love holding on, that's a damn top 10 pop hit. I know it's to a woman, but I like to think it's also aimed at me. Your music has helped me get through some rough times.
SInce you liked my poetry I thought you might like one of my other books. My best friend killed himself on my couch June 15th 2007. We had spent a few months together taking oxys and methadone, between quiting the drugs and the stress of his death, and my own creative mind. I ended up going a little crazy. I stayed up a week, friday to friday, without drugs. AT the end of it I wrote 168hours, a short, and then typed it up. I held the original manuscript in my hands and lit it on fire. Holding onto it until it burned away causing 2 second degree burns, and a third degree burn to the bone. You can see picture in my Prince Edom WIndsor photo album. Check them out.
ANyways, I ended up in the mental hospital and added to 168 hours retitling it The WHite Book. I can promise you'll be entertained, check it out.
