Mark Murphy's (of Wookiefoot) newest side project, Murphy's Empty Shot is a project years in the making. Years ago, while living in Bend, Oregon, Mark and his brother played in an Irish Drinking Band. Since moving to Minneapolis, he has been aching to do it again. The last few years he has been Out of the Jar over St. Patties day, usually in places that don't even celebrate this greenest of Holidays. This year, it is going to be a whole lot different. Murphy is returning home from Costa Rica to share a weekend will us bliss junkies that we'll never forget. .... Empty Shot will be playing a three night tour, starting in Sioux Falls, then playing in Minneapolis and ending in Moorhead on St. Patrick's Day. A album will also be released at these shows, so no matter what show you catch, you can listen all weekend long! So get working on your out fits, cause this is not going to be your ordinary weekend.
