After a stretch of flamboyant shows, NAMOSH took a brief respite from the stage to focus on his new recordings. And the result is well worth the wait: his second long player, ‘Keep It For Later’, about to be unleashed on the (un)suspecting public, is a beautiful whirlwind of a record, although a touch softer than its precursor. Here, NAMOSH twirls dreamlike, synthie-generated sound sequences into rhythmic bass lines, percussion and vocals, further enriched by the cello (Charlotte Jacke), brass (Süßmilch Horns), jazz guitar (Vladimir Busin) and Backround Vocals (Zülfiye Arslan) provided by a few select peers. Mixed with Thomas Stern (Crime & The City Solution, Einstürzende Neubauten), the album also boasts a rare collaboration with composer Peter Thomas (Jerry Cotton, Raumpatrouille Orion) and NAMOSH’S first ever mainstream croon-fest: ‘Pleurer et Rire’ (Cry and Laugh).
A tour de force and force of nature, his live sets are leagues apart from the latest mainstream offerings. „His musical spectrum might be broad, but anyone who’s ever had the chance to see Namosh live will know that there’s a lot more to this man than the music.” (Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung). So, let’s not „Keep It For Later“: NAMOSH’S new album – will be released on CD and as a limited double vinyl edition on Crippled Dick Hot Wax, November 6th 2009.

Namosh hat sich nach einer Zeit der wilden Shows etwas zurückgezogen, um sich neuen Aufnahmen zu widmen.
Der zweite Longplayer "KEEP IT FOR LATER" steht vor seiner Veröffentlichung. Das Album ist insgesamt sanfter gehalten als sein Vorgänger. Vielmehr arbeitet Namosh mit traumsequenzhaften Klanggeweben auf Synthesizer-Basis, der Rhythmus wird durch Basslinien, Perkussion und Gesang vermittelt, mit diversen Gastmusikern wurden Cello (Charlotte Jacke), Bläser(Süßmilch Horns), Jazzgitarre (Vladimir Busin) und Backround Stimmen (Zülfiye Arslan) integriert. Thomas Stern (Crime & The City Solution, Einstürzende Neubauten) zeichnet für den Mix verantwortlich. Desweiteren ist eine Kollaboration mit dem Komponisten Peter Thomas (Jerry Cotton, Raumpatrouille Orion) zustande gekommen - Namosh's erster "Schlager": Pleurer et Rire (Weinen und Lachen).
Ohne Zweifel sind seine Auftritte eine besondere Erfahrung, die sich vom größten Teil der Musikszene unterscheiden.
