I've been greatly blessed to have met the multitudes of simply amazing people and the many different perspectives they hold concerning God and their relationship with the LORD or their lack thereof. However, many ears turn when one speaks boldly that :
You must be born again, you must desire change and repent of your sins and seek the LORD for Jesus Christ is LORD. He is the only Way, Truth and Life, no one comes to the Father except through Christ. John 14:6
Many churches are lukewarm and/or dead, meaning they are like some religious country club or worse, teaching a watered down version about the WORD of God to the tastes of the culture, society and congregation or even more damaging to hear and see many using fear and coercion to control... falsely thinking it's some man's program and planning that will convert and open people's hearts to have faith. NO THIS IS WRONG! THIS IS FALSE, run away from this type of make you "feel" church settings.
JESUS warned us many times... please stay away from these mind and money hungry den of foxes.
True Christianity is NOT a religion per se, rather it's a vibrant relationship with the LORD Jesus Christ via Holy Spirit. To grow and mature via WORD ( Holy Bible) and worship and a deep prayer life as one abides "in" Christ, Word and most importantly His LOVE.
Again I must emphasize the relevancy of the written Word, known as the Holy Bible. Friend, as one is honestly seeking the TRUTH about the LORD... His Word will confirm some things and teach you wisdom that is hidden. As you mature in the Wisdom this hidden secret knowledge you will be trained by the Holy Spirit, Jesus Christ is the WORD. ( John 1:14)

People have an expectation that those who talk about God must also be serving Him and His people’s best interests. I wish that were always true. However, the many warnings about deceivers entering the church are as relevant today as when the New Testament writers penned them.
In case you think I am overstating the problem, let me point you to the words of Jesus:
“See to it that no one misleads you” (Matt. 24:4).
He warned that many would falsely claim God had sent them. Christ was not talking only about events in the decades of the early church. His caution was directed at the generations to come—particularly those living during the present earth’s last days.
The apostle Peter gives a helpful test with which to evaluate teachers and preachers of God’s Word:
1. A deceiver attempts to manipulate and exploit his hearers. He uses half-truths, exciting promises, and flowery language to draw in followers. In particular, we’re to be on guard against the erroneous doctrine that denies the truth of the entire Bible.
2. Many false teachers will also have a problem with sensuality.
3. Most will also be greedy, materialistic or the converse, yet with a streak of deep hatred, terror and violence. If we observe these habits in the life of a person, a leader, we must reject his or her teaching and flee but we are to pray for them so they too can wake up.
How can you see past a false teacher’s camouflage? Follow the Psalmist’s example: treasure God’s Word in your heart so that you will not sin against Him (Ps. 119:11).

Thus, it is as you've read above, open the Holy Bible and in meditation of the Holy WORD and prayer return to His presence and may the LORD bless you with restoration to equip you as you journey through the valleys headed for the mountain tops.
Do you know that since you are created in God's image, you are like Moses… like Elijah…like David? It is good to recognize their great feats. Be careful to also see their weaknesses and how God used them in spite of themselves. See their humanness and have faith. They are no greater than you. They were not loved any more than you are right now. God is with you always regardless of whether you accomplish great feats or find yourself between the Rock (your chief cornerstone and sure foundation) and a hard place.Will you believe in the faithfulness of the Rock and not surrender to the lies the enemy tells you in the hard places? The reward is great within the secret place of the Rock.

Awe.................THANK YOU SORM!!! I appreciate you coming by so much. My day has been so blessed. I'll be honest with you, since my dad passed away two years ago, I just don't ever look forward to my birthday. They are hard to go through with out seeing him but today God just reach down and hugged me all day long. It was one surprise after the other. My dear brother Steven! The Lord is with you and ordering your ways. It's beautiful when we allow the Lord to direct our paths, what wonderful blessings He brings our way!! Let us ever grow in faith and never depart from it, as many have; but diligently seek to increase in the substance of our hope and evidence of things not seen.
