B: Atat releasedate: 09.12.2009 After a short break, KLANG is back with its first release in 2009 and – guess what – crazier than ever! We thought that life on earth was getting a bit boring, so we decided to bring you some tunes straight from outer space for your listening pleasure. Because outer space is the place where NERK’s (half of TOK TOK) and DIRK LEYERS’ (one half of CLOSER MUSIK) Berlin-based music production seems to be born and raised. “Chicken Wings Inc.” is a moody cruiser along the outer rings of Saturn where some intergalactic chickens are crossing your runway. “Atat” edges us closer to the red skies of Mars where we learn to communicate with some lovely creatures who evidently can’t stand country music. There we discover that “Atat” is the Martian expression for “sing-along”, so please feel free to join in the chorus at your favorite club of choice. Your local DJ will love it. We expect to hit the Top 10 of the intergalactic charts within the next four weeks.

Get ready, Nerk and Dirk Leyers are about to bring you some of the most disjointed delirium this side of clubland. Once you witness their gravity-defying, funked up antics there's no turning back. These two head-nodding lemmings will bounce you right off the cliff, taking you for a headlong spin and crash with seriously ass-whacking, sand-blasting techno, and you will gladly follow. But Nerk and Dirk won't ever leave you dangling. Slurping synths and wobbling bass are underlaid with a kick-stomping beat for a clever sound signature that just plows straight through whatever happens to be there, because nothing can stand in their way. So to hell with genre, with minimal and whatever else your grandma told you. The answer is on the dancefloor. One listen and you'll know, Nerk and Dirk Leyers are a match made in heaven.

Grund dieses Treffens ist kein geringerer, als die nunmehr sechste Release unseres kleinen aber feinen Labels zu feiern. Diese steht ganz im Zeichen eines Musikers aus Leidenschaft, CHARLES TONE ! Vielen von Euch bekannt von unzähligen, denkwürdigen Festen in und um Berlin. Anfang Dezember`09 wird seine 4-Track-Ep in nahezu allen Downloadshops dieser Erde zur Verfügung stehen. Doch solange müsst Ihr nicht warten, denn die ersten 50 Gäste dieses Abends erhalten als Gastgeschenk eine CD mit allen bisherigen Releases von Spule-Berlin und eben dieser, welche bis dato noch nicht im Handel erhältlich sein wird. Nicht nur die berühmte Chile- Connection um Luciano & Villalobos ist Beweis dafür, sondern auch das emsige Wirken solcher Genossen wie z.B. Franco Bianco aus Buenos Aires/ Argentinien. Er gehört zu den fleissigsten Rhythmusbeauftragten im globalen Zirkel der Feierkultur und ist quasi nonstop auf Tour als DJ, Liveartist und Produzent. Inzwischen hat er ein zweites Domizil in der Schweiz aufgeschlagen, von wo er sein Label Dilek Records unternehmerisch leitet.
