I personally like PoA & the OoP, but mainly because I feel Sirius plays a huge role in the development of Harry.
As far as the movies go, GoF was really nicely dont but I would have to say that SS and CoS were very well put together as well.
One thing I do not agree with is how they portray Mad Eye, I think they could have done his eye better, what do you think ?

A blonde and a brunette are skydiving.
The brunette jumps out the plane and pulls the cord -- nothing happens.
She pulls the emergency cord and still nothing.
