As far as I can remember, I always wanted to do some music...Like many people from my generation the first contact with the music making (besides guitar)was with turntables, which I have bought in 2001 with mostly hip hop (NYC, abstract...) and reggae tunes (root, new roots, dance hall).
But quickly I only bought reggae tunes and I started going outta there in 2003 as a reggae selector, making some dances in Amiens, northern France, under the the name of KULCHA HI FI Sound. I also played a few dates in Paris (Abracadabar, Chez Stephane) thanks to FURYBASS Sound System (BIG UP everytime!!) who also introduce me to the sound system universe (dubplate voicing and mixing, with artists from the crew like Lordpol, Kaztet daddy or MAK).
For reasons due to work, I came back in Paris in 2005 and I stopped playing reggae in dance. Still close to the sound system universe, buying big tunes, being a sound clash addict and going to dances in Paris, I am now trying to have some fun by making beats and looking for a new vibe, heavily influenced by Reggae&Dance hall music, Hip Hop, Grime, Soul, Afrobeat and all the good sounds outta there!
