1988 The sixteen years old schoolmates Swann and Do deceided to raise a punkband. Together with Wurst and Struppi they learned to make some noise on their used instruments and called the band D.I.E. Shortly later the first gigs and demotapes followed, and they appeared on lots of tapesamplers.
1992 The name was changed to PSY 9 when Wurst and Struppi left the band and were replaced by Wrede and Tiri. PSY 9 released some EPs on their own "Cut Out Records"-label and played gigs in Europe, especially behind the former "Iron Curtain".
1996 Wrede left the band. Tiri, Swann and Do continued, calling themselves NIESTROY. The band became less active in the next years. Niestroy made the soundtrack to the movie "Schöne Geschichte" by Reinhard Breuer. Only a few gigs were played.
2008 New CD "Cries Of Pain" and 7" EP "Ashamed" in 2009. They still play the only kind of music they can: fast and simple, dreaming of a better world without wars, killing, animal abuse and all the other shit our system offers.

I am proudly to announce that it's out! Lengthy interviews with some of the greatest hardcore/ punk/ thrash bands on the planet. This is my new project and with this I wanted to look a little bit different than any other fanzine. I decided to use a clear front plastic cover with thick red backing as a binder. It looks cool but sure was a pain in my ass to punch three holes in every fn page and then place the page into the binder. My living room , dining room and bed room have all looked like a war zones! zines scattered everywhere!! I hope you like how this looks and you find it to be a very good read. Each issue comes with two vinyl stickers and two crack n peel stickers while supplies last.
