Music
Work in progress: Steam Machine(clip) - Gameboy electro aboo (alpha version 1) - A headbanging trance tune based on a rankey/mokky collaboration. Source files for this lost unfortunately. )..: vcfp - I suck at styles. What's this? Electro? IDM? Techno?
Some finished singles And What Now? - Uptempo gameboy tune. Swine vs Pearls - Style problem again. This some kind of mellow track with some sort of influences from some rare 80's electronica according to a person. I dunno... Judge for yourself. Jump - Gameboy tune. I don't like this one, too repetative... Forget that, I got the names confused! (:
Please leave comment!
If I added you I probably meant to leave a comment because I liked your music. But by the time you accept, I've probably forgotten that I added you. So please, say thank you for the add, so I can waste my daily bytes on telling you how much I love ypour music. (And hear it again)
Thank you in advance!
Not the myspace player (Please read below) but it works...
Thanks and sorry!
Thanks for all the people who have added me so far! Also it seems that my page styling didn't work as it was supposed to on Internet Explorer. I only tested the page on Firefox. But that's fixed now as you can see.
Request!
I'm looking for pictures of me. I know people have taken pictures of me during shows, and would be cool to see them. Also, I'd like to get in touch with those who swopped CD's with me in the past. If possible I'd like to have scans of the CD cases. Every CD was unique, and in some of the cases it was hand-drawn. It would be nice to see them again.
Some people I still remember swopping CD's with are: Firebrand_Boy, Salkin_niklaS and Jordan Gray. (But there was a whole bunch of other people to)
So if you feel you fit in to one of these categories, give me a shout! (In the comment box or nitro2k01 att gmail dott com)
Why no music account?
Unfortunately I signed up for the wrong type of account (Normal account instead of artist account) so I can't upload music to myspace for now. ): But I have some music hosted on other places, so take a look down to the left! (:
Hello all. We are glad to inform you that our new album has more than 200 downloads in less than two weeks. We are getting awesome feedback. If you haven't download it yet, go ahead and get it from our myspace. It's a free download. A 7 song EP.
Also in the player we have an extra song available for download. Our version of the Los Planetas classic "De Viaje". Also you can get the previous EP right above the latest one "Reverb is a natural thing...".
So click on the picture above to go directly to the download site, or visit our myspace, read reviews, see pictures and join the party. We sure are having a blast. Thanks to all for the support.
I love your website too, and I hope to learn lots about making LSDj tunes from it. I've managed to grab 3 of the original Gameboys, so I'm supa happy about that.
I understand where your coming from, I do. Noise isn't the only type of music I play/listen to. I find many of the "bigger" names in noise boring. And im sure people find me boring. Im just doing what I like. I do want to add more dynamics as far as highs and lows, bouts of ambiance, silence, etc. But for me, when it comes to making noise I like it to be as harsh and brutal as possible. And thats not for everyone you know. I do really appreciate your criticism without going "dude it fucking sucks" and not giving a reason. So thanks man.
Yeah I see where your coming from but I don't think i'll be doing any melody anytime soon. Sometimes i do rhythmic blasts of noise but lots of times it doesn't come through in the recordings. But thanks for the listening and thanks for the criticism, maybe one day i'll have a track you dig.
i've heard psycle has a steeper learning curve than most trackers.. i wouldn't know because it's the only one i've figured out besides famitracker kind of. did you pay for renoise? and is it really worth it? and do you use lsdj only for all those GB songs you make? so many questions, sorry. also have you heard of famitracker? it might have a different name similar to it.
