No Big Deal es una banda de skate punk de Guayaquil, Ecuador, que nació a finales del 2002, pero que empezaron a moverse recién en el 2003. En su carrera han logrado editar 2 demos, compilados y un disco de larga duración,el cual ha sido muy aceptado tanto a nivel nacional como internacional, logrando ya tener una casa distribuidora en Japón, Colombia y España, que se encargan de distribuir el disco mundialmente. En el año 2009 consiguen su internacionalizacion viajando a Perú y Colombia, tocando con mejores exponentes musicales en cada pais, además dándose a conocer a través de blogs internacionales, radios, internet y la serie de demos y discos promocionales que se han vendido y regalado.
No Big Deal muestra su toque de autenticidad y estilo único con líricas tanto en español como en inglés, en donde reflejan todo lo que sienten. Con baterías rápidas, guitarras técnicas que expresan puras armonías, un bajo con piquetes que envuelven las melodías.
No Big Deal is an Ecuadorian skate punk band. They were born in the city of Guayaquil at the end of 2002, but they started to play in 2003. They have edited two demos in their career, some splits and a long-duration cd, which has created success at a national and international level. Also, they have had the opportunity to join a distribution company in Japan, Colombia and Spain, so they make sure to distribute the cd..s all around the world. In 2009 No Big Deal, for the first time, went to play outside the country. hi piolin, yeah for sure man, the song/video go hand in hand i find and you are right that punk rock and agressive music belongs in surf/snow/skate videos. it was meant to be that way but unfortunately others have different views. for example, when i was in hungary earlier this year (august), i was wakeboarding and at the lake i was at it was just hip hop, techno, dance, and electronic music being played. so bad. my buddy greg who plays punk rock in a hungarian band finds it disappointing too since it's hip hop and those styles that are played for extreme sports in his country and just everywhere like the radio.
