It's a long way home from wherever you are if your hometown is SKINNSKATTEBERG/FAGERSTA in Sweden while going bonkers all over the world for more than a decade. With four albums and two compilations "No straight angles" 1994, "Out Of Bounds" 1995, "The Big Knockover" 1997, "EP's Going Steady" 1998, "State Of Flow" 2000 and “Master Celebrations” 2002.
So in 2001 NFAA took a break! In 2004 we started doing occasional re-union gigs.
One thing led to another and suddenly a new album had been recorded in Studio Underground.
The new album 'Low Rider' shows that NFAA today is back to the sound of the early days. Drawing major influences from bands as RAMONES, early BAD RELIGION, ROKY ERICKSON, early US punk/HC and 67-72. The album is comprised of thirteen orginals written by the two headed dog 'FAKTA & INGO', plus a cover version of IN FLAMES 'EPISODE 666'.
In the spirit of D.I.Y the first release is on our own label 'BEAT ÉM DOWN RECORDS'. Marketing, administration and distribution are handled by Stockholm based company Deaf & Dumb Music and its subsidiary partners all over the world. Plans are being made for European shows in early 2009.

AUSTRALIA!! it's been what.. 10 years we last saw each other.. guys it was so much fun. im so pumped you're heading to OZ again. so is my Mum!! yes she too is a HUGE fan & will be in the crowd singing louder than anyone. because im older now i will be going to 5 or 6 of the shows on the tour. NFAA has always been my number 1 band. thank you so much!! =D

Comé maltinha, prontos para mais um tema do nosso 1º EP "SEMENTES DA DESORDEM"?
Já podem escutar o revisitado tema "BAR DA GNR", tema nº 2 do EP e que precede às "GUITARRAS DE GUERRA". Este tema já com alguns anitos lavou a cara e foi gravado no inicio de 2009 com novos arranjos, mantendo no entanto todo o carisma que vez dele um dos hinos dos ERVAS DANINHAS. Durante 20 dias, mais ou menos, vão poder entrar no "BAR DA GNR" e buer uma cervejola e morfar uma entremeada e até mesmo apanhar uma carraspana sem ficarem de cana... Dêm gás no volume e acordem os vizinhos... pelo menos aqueles que dormem a sesta ao Domingo à tarde. O "BAR DA GNR" contou com a presença de dois convidados muito especiais, foram eles o Igor e o Arroja dos SHIVERS, que por entre copos de binho e assaltos à sacristia ainda tiveram tempo para uma ida à Sela... ops, desculpem o erro... uma ida à cela.

thx for add ! Out of bounds was one of my favorite albums of 1995, I was listening for it a lot of time after having found it in Belgium as an import . I've just bought it again in CD three days ago, it's a great pleasure !!! So go on makin' good punk rock ! Bye
