About me:

Tensei Sugahara is a Tokyo-based super-multi-talented artist.

A member of IFAA(International Fantastic Art Association) as a calligrapher/painter who make ink paintings and calligraphy artworks to exhibit in Tokyo, Osaka, Paris or other main cities of the world.

An artist who signs up for a talent production and works for fashion shows or events of the world of show biz.

A singer who trains his vocal skill in lessons are owned by a talent production and professional musicians.

A jewelry designer and an owner who runs Unearthly Gold Jewelry which offers unique accesories with conflicting tastes: delicate and hard, gorgeous and cool, love and hate etc.

A thinker/poet/writer who performs poetry and is writing a book about vivid theories.

A resercher of Japanese rope bondage who performs and teaches artistic rope bondage.

I am currently on tour in the USA in cooperation with Synchro Multimedia Group.

I have studied in two universities, majoring in psychology, philosophy and brain science, worked for some big companies as engineers: car simulation engineer/programmer, optics engineer and system engineer, and also have trained and created many unique things in various art fields.

I use my talents/knowledges/experiences and skills to do what only I can do as my role in/for this/the future world.

-He was born as a descendant of a Samurai family.
From his earliest recollections, he saw monsters with human skins.
He always investigated how he should act beautifully with human rule, psychology, how he should move perfectly with nature's rule, physics in sports. In his world, he played with blocks, mini dolls and cards with his own rules, and they are different every time.
He got many prizes in various creative activities, especially in Calligraphy, paintings and arts without rules.
He started to educate his vocal skill by himself, but the Theatre fascinated him. So he started to play in a drama club in his high school. Then he always acted heroes, and for his last play in the club, he wrote a script and acted a hero in his complicated parallel worlds.
After that, he started to write Japanese poems with his unique world and taste in words naturally. He also performed poetry in bars and gigged with his band in his university. He joined student government and worked for order and festivals, but he already despaired of school days, so focused on creation, love and overseas. He made some journeys to Europe and started to write English poems.
And now, he makes paintings with Calligraphy technique and exhibits them, and performs body-painting shows in major events in Tokyo, or take photographs as both a photographer and a model. He also loves to collaborate with various artists. His life is for love and creation.
