december 2005: Jenn Birkenow.
Why "Jenn birkenow". JB was the name of a poem that I've wrote in 2000. My friend used to call me Pig ( I'm not some kind of cop, but in france it simply means: "pork", a streetpunkyears stigmata) then i've listened to "All Pigs must die" by my favorite solo-band Death in June.So I decided that It was time for the Pig living inside of me to passing-by.So I used made up some nice-women paintings, trying to please all women's egos. But if I've choose this name, it was very because of Genesis P.Orridge. I've seen a gig by his GREAT band thee majesty and I was very much impressed by the man, looks pretty like an Old Brian Molko. But his eyes were like firing flames. I was TOTALLY straight at the time, but the music in itself tooks me into leather-fetish-bizarre-magick-heathen...I mean heaven. I really belive that the man could look into my very soul just by lookin' at me. I know, I've seen that I wanted to see : je suis une vraie midinette.

This is a solo group existing for 8 years now. Some selected people have played some instruments for me (Jenn Birkenow), even if they couldn't really make the difference between what I play and what they are actually playing. These poeple are : Sabrina (vocals+bass), Ed (many sounds, instruments, voices and has supported the whole NoProjeKt thing- the GOOD NoProjeKt-(private). Iozaur played some bizzare flutes or woodhorns & anything made by computers. Samish Birkenow made some Voices. Jadoo Birkenow made some real baby cryings that we have recorded in reverse. Kramps and J.r have made some Vocals and drummings. "The Best of NoProjeKt" was made out in 1997. It was really some Rethba.sida more harshy experiment, what I meaned to imagine what TG and Laibach should be. Only then we have listened to these groups, and we were very proud because we have taken influences from them by the inspiration they gave to other bands but not by listening to their albums directly.
